We are looking for experienced strategy consultants with a minimum of five years’ experience to join our economic advisory firm, across offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra
As an Engagement Manager, you will...
- Lead a team of three to five consultants in the day-to-day delivery of client projects
- Take overall responsibility for the quality of client deliverables
- Manage client engagement by developing and maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel
- Mentor and develop individual team members on projects, and outside of projects
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
- Contribute to business development efforts of the firm under the guidance and mentorship of senior leadership
- Contribute to important firm-building activities such as recruitment, quality assurance and team engagement

We are looking for…
- Expertise in one of the following disciplines: strategy consulting, economics, public policy, law, statistics and data science, finance or the natural sciences
- Proven ability to lead a team and deliver on-time and high-quality projects using structured work plans
- Capacity to motivate teams and build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners
- Strong achievement drive and a growth mindset
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Skills to develop recommendations and present them to clients
